Alberto Reyes Báez is a distinguished legal expert in the construction sector of the Dominican Republic. He has advised major international banks on project financing and served as legal counsel for the Santo Domingo metro construction. As an external adviser to the Ministry of Commerce, he played a key role in DR-CAFTA negotiations. He has guided prominent developers in branding, financing, and constructing hotels and resorts.
