About Alfredo Guzmán Saladín

Alfredo Guzmán Saladín is a partner and chair of the real estate practice at Guzmán Ariza. He primarily serves the eastern region of the Dominican Republic (Punta Cana, Bávaro, La Romana, Casa de Campo, Cap Cana and Miches), the site of many of the country’s largest real estate and hotel projects. Alfredo acts as counsel to major developers in their construction ventures and assists clients with the most relevant tourism investments and project finance deals in the country. He has extensive experience assisting multinational clients in important transactions in the hospitality and tourism field. Alfredo has been quoted by The New York Times for his knowledge on real estate law.
