Fabio Guzmán Ariza is the managing partner of Guzmán Ariza Abogados and one of the foremost practitioners in real estate law in the Dominican Republic. He has practised real estate law for more than 35 years and is one of the most important authors and lecturers on the Dominican legal system, having published numerous articles on the subject in legal journals, and annotated versions of the Dominican real estate statute and Dominican condominium law, as well as the most up-to-date compendium of real estate case law. He lectures nationally on real estate law matters and has served as an expert on the subject in foreign jurisdictions.
