About Carmel Green

Carmel Green is a partner in RPC's Hong Kong and Singapore offices, specialising in insurance-related disputes and advisory work. She runs the regional practice and specialises in advising (re)insurers on policy coverage issues arising under the full range of financial lines insurance products. She is also highly experienced in monitoring complex and high-profile claims, defending high-value, large-scale disputes on behalf of professional insureds and acting on behalf of re/insurers in respect of contentious coverage disputes that proceed to litigation or arbitration. With close to 15 years' experience in Asia, Carmel is regularly approached by clients to review, advise on and draft/localise policy wordings for use across the region.
