About Rowena Zee

Rowena Zee is a Dutch deputy civil law notary specialising in (cross-border) estate and wealth planning. She advises high net worth individuals and families on succession structures, family governance and the transfer of family assets, as well as family law arrangements, including nuptial agreements, (living) wills, estate administration and family foundations. Rowena is a member of the Association of Estate Planners in the Notarial Profession (EPN) and the Royal Dutch Association of Civil Law Notaries. She obtained her Master’s degree in Notarial Law at Leiden University and her Master’s degree in Dutch Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam.
