About Herman Lin

Herman Lin is a managing partner at Dentons’ Taiwan office, bringing over three decades of diverse legal expertise to his role and a focus on civil procedures, criminal proceedings, IP rights and administrative litigation. He currently also serves as the director of the Cultural and Educational Foundation of Taiwan and has held notable positions including director at several listed financial institutions in Taiwan. His affiliations include long-standing roles as an arbitrator with the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei since 1987 and director at the Intellectual Property Protection Association since 2004. Herman’s vast experience helps clients to handle complex legal matters across various sectors.
