About Tzutien Huang

Tzutien Huang is a senior partner and office director at Dentons Taiwan, where she significantly contributes to firm operations and client relations. Admitted to the Bar in Taiwan (1996) and New York (1999), Tzutien holds law degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and National Taiwan University. Her expertise spans employment, capital markets, corporate and M&A, IP rights and competition law. Tzutien has advised multinational corporations on various legal matters including foreign investments, equity structures, IP rights and labour disputes across multiple industries. Her leadership was also evident during her tenure as director of the Taiwan Bar Association from 2020 to 2022, reflecting her dedicated service in the legal community.
