Yuanhao Hsu is a partner at Dentons Taiwan with expertise in labour and employment law alongside TMT, data protection, intellectual property and regulatory practices. He advises multinational and local employers on employment contracts, work rules, HR policies, internal investigations, terminations and labour disputes. His experience includes sensitive workplace matters such as sexual harassment, workplace bullying, misconduct and whistle-blowing concerns, advising on employee privacy, confidential information, cross-border HR governance and the localisation of global policies.
