About Ran Cheng

Ran Cheng is a counsel at DeHeng’s Shanghai office and was sponsored by the state to study at the Law School of University College Cork. She is a senior corporate compliance officer, a member of the China Academy of Arbitration Law, a lifelong member of “Women in Arbitration” (WIA) and “Belt & Road” at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, and a member of “HK45”. She specialises in providing legal services to transnational corporations, with a particular focus on international commercial arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution.
