Karol specialises in matters related to the distribution, promotion, public reimbursement and marketing of drugs and medical devices. He has extensive experience in the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements, both with business partners from the EU, as well as from outside the EEA. He also provides advisory services on public procurement law. He is an attorney-at-law and member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
