About Oskar Luty

Oskar Luty is a partner at Fairfield and head of the medical devices practice. He advises clients on all regulatory, clinical investigation, trade, marketing and competition aspects of the medical devices sector. Oskar combines a business-oriented approach with a deep knowledge of the law and the practice of its execution in Poland and the EU. He has authored many scientific publications in the field of life sciences law. An experienced lecturer, Oskar teaches in both the business world and academia. He is also a member of the Good Clinical Practice Association and Warsaw Bar Association.
