About Marcin Flak

Marcin Flak is a partner at Fairfield. Marcin advises companies from the life sciences industry, especially in the field of implementing innovative structures for trading in medical devices and medicinal products. Marcin also advises on advertising, reimbursement from public funds and issues related to the distribution of medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics and foodstuffs. As part of his daily practice, he also advises on negotiating contracts, including contracts for the distribution and manufacturing of life sciences products. He is an attorney-at-law and member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
