About Juliana Castelo Branco

Juliana Castelo Branco joined the São Paulo office of the firm as an attorney at law in 2024. Over the years, Juliana has successfully handled prosecutions involving complex IP disputes, infringements, nullities, and domain name disputes, as well as assisted in drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and agreements. Prior to joining Licks Attorneys, she gained invaluable insight into the Brazilian judiciary by clerking for judges. Later on, she worked in a law firm specialised in intellectual property, advocating for leading corporations in litigation related to patents, trade marks, and conflicts over unfair competition, and contributing to assessments on domain name disputes.
