Claudio A. Guler
is a partner in Wuersch Gering’s corporate and securities, and international business practices. He advises foreign companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and other investment transactions, the formation and operation of US subsidiaries, and corporate and commercial matters. Claudio holds a Master’s degree from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Claudio is admitted in New York and is recognised as a rising star in business and corporate law in New York.
