About Jake Brown

Jake Brown is a partner in Wuersch Gering’s Corporate & Securities, Investment Management and International Business practices. He advises corporations, entrepreneurs, investment firms and investors on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, investment management, securities laws and general corporate matters. His career has included senior in-house legal and general counsel roles at investment management firms, including Goldman Sachs, Soros, Atticus Capital and Hoplite Capital. Jake is a graduate of West Point Military Academy and a former US Army Infantry officer. He is admitted in New York.
