About Jacqueline Suryan

Jacqueline Suryan is a partner who works in the insurance, reinsurance, private pensions and healthcare areas, based in São Paulo. She has a Master's degree in state law from Pontificia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP) and an MBA in insurance and private pensions business management from Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA/SP). She is author of "Os Planos de Saúde sob a Ótica Constitucional" ("Private Healthcare Plans under a Constitutional Perspective", by Editora Appris, and of several articles and chapters related to the market. She is vice-president of the National Working Group of Private Pensions of the International Insurance Law Association (AIDA), a legal officer of the Institute for Diversity and Inclusion in the Insurance Sector (IDIS), and a member of the Brazilian Institute of Constitutional Law (IBDC) and the Private Pensions and Supplementary Healthcare Institute (IPCOM).
