is a partner at the firm and co-chair of the Technology Subcommittee of DLA Piper’s Real Estate Innovation Task Force. He has experience in real estate financing, conveyancing and leasing representing lenders, borrowers, sellers, landlords and tenants in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. During law school, Jarrod worked with the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute, focusing on the effectiveness of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit as a means to create housing for low-income families in Massachusetts. He has contributed to several publications on the subject of real estate.
