About Levent Kitir

Levent Kitir is an attorney at DLA Piper Denmark who specialises in insolvency matters and other commercial legal issues. Levent’s experience encompasses all aspects of bankruptcy estates, including the administration of companies under compulsory dissolution, the initiation of insolvency proceedings, advising creditors on receivables from distressed companies, the administration and realisation of assets, assets covered by pledges, etc. Furthermore, he has experience in initiating and litigating court cases on behalf of bankruptcy estates as well as conducting disqualification litigation against former management members. Levent has advised and administered distressed companies within a variety of sectors.
