is the head of the firm’s employment and labour practice and has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. He was the founding partner of the firm and, previously, a partner at Aylwin Abogados 1980. He graduated from Universidad de Chile Law School and later obtained his doctorate degree at the Universidad Complutense, Madrid. He advises national and international employers on all aspects of individual and collective employment and labour law. He is currently a professor of employment and labour law at Universidad de Chile’s Law School and a member and director of the Chilean chapter of the Employment Law Society.
