About Ester Chow

Ester Chow is a counsel in the banking and finance practice in Mayer Brown’s Hong Kong office. She regularly advises both lenders and borrowers in the full spectrum of banking and finance matters – from general corporate and investment grade lending and refinancing to private structured lending, fund financing, acquisition and leveraged financing, and other event-driven financing transactions, whether secured or unsecured, syndicated or bilateral. Ester’s areas of focus include senior secured private credit lending involving multiple jurisdictions and with bespoke financing and credit support structures.
