Pieter de Ridder is a partner in the tax practice in Mayer Brown's Singapore office. His regional tax practice covers structuring of investments and divestments as well as (re)financings, including trade finance, in the ASEAN and Greater China regions. He was previously based in Indonesia and Hong Kong and is an accredited tax adviser in Singapore.
