About Antonio Bascuñán Rodríguez

Antonio Bascuñán Rodríguez studied in Universidad of Chile (1991) and is certified in law by Munich University (1993). Antonio is a partner at the firm, whose area of practice focuses on criminal, procedural and constitutional matters. He was a counsellor at the Constitution, Legislation, Bylaw and Justice Committee at the Senate during the processing of Act 19,617, which reformed sexual offences, and Act 19.695 concerning bribery. He also advises at Fiscalía Nacional Económica (National Economic Prosecutor) on spatial and temporal enforcement affairs related to antitrust law.
