About Anne Morel

Anne Morel is a partner and Head of Employment, Compensations & Benefits at BSP. She assists clients with managing defined HR projects, notably in a multi-jurisdictional environment. Anne advises clients on a wide range of employment-related matters, including corporate restructurings, transfers of undertaking, individual and collective redundancies and HR outsourcing arrangements. Anne handles immigration issues, drafts employment contracts and staff handbooks, and advises on incentive and remuneration packages and severance negotiations. Anne also specialises in labour law litigation, data protection and whistle-blowing matters. She is a member of the Employment Law Specialists Association, Luxembourg, the European Employment Lawyers Association and the IBA.
