About Gaston Aguirre Draghi

Gaston Aguirre Draghi is a senior associate in BSP’s investment management practice advising clients on the structuring, establishment and marketing of Luxembourg alternative investment funds and UCITS. Prior to joining BSP, Gaston worked at international law firms in Argentina and Luxembourg. He graduated in law from the University of Buenos Aires and revalidated his degree at the University of La Rioja, Spain. He holds an LLM in International Business Law from IE University and a Master’s in Spanish Business Law from the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE) in Spain. Gaston is a qualified lawyer in Argentina, Spain and Luxembourg.
