About Evelyn Maher

Evelyn Maher is head of BSP’s investment management practice. She has been active in the Luxembourg investment funds market since 2001, assisting asset managers in relation to the structuring and establishment of funds across asset classes including private equity, venture capital, loan origination, loan participation and real estate. She provides advice on compliance with applicable regulatory regimes and offers ongoing assistance with closings, investments, divestments, liquidation and general issues arising throughout the life of a fund. Evelyn also assists investors with legal due diligence around their investment into Luxembourg funds.
