About Harmonie Méraud

Harmonie Méraud is counsel at BSP. Harmonie is part of the Employment, Compensation & Benefits, IP/IT and Litigation departments and regularly advises international and domestic clients on all aspects of Luxembourg employment law, including drafting complex employment contracts, negotiating settlements and advising on individual and collective dismissal procedures and immigration matters. Harmonie’s data protection experience relates to database rights issues, cloud-based solutions and compliance audits. Harmonie also has a strong background in corporate law. She is a member of the Employment Law Specialists Association, Luxembourg (ELSA), the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the IBA.
