Bill Whitner is a litigation partner at Carmen D. Caruso Law Firm in Chicago, where he represents franchisors, franchisees and dealers nationwide in state and federal courts and in arbitration. A member of the Federal Trial Bar (ND Ill), Bill is admitted to practise in Illinois and belongs to the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. He holds a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a BA from Vanderbilt University. Bill is a technology partner and leads the firm’s implementation of AI legal software.
