About Gage Meyers

Gage Meyers focuses on franchise, intellectual property, business law and litigation. After law school, he established a trade mark and franchise practice before joining Carmen D. Caruso Law Firm. Gage handles complex franchise, dealership and intellectual property litigation and commercial arbitration, while also advising clients on trade mark and franchise registrations, disclosures and related transactions. Gage is admitted in Illinois and Iowa, and belongs to the American Bar Association’s Section of Intellectual Property Law and Forum on Franchising. The Forum’s Franchise Lawyer recently published his article, “When Good Faith Is Not Enough: Franchise Litigation and the Business Judgment Rule”.
