About Fan Li

Fan Li is the deputy director general of the Litigation Division at CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office. He works with a team of over 40 professionals specialising in contentious IP matters. His practice covers a wide spectrum of disputes, including patent, trade mark, and copyright infringement, as well as unfair competition. Other matters also include patent invalidation, administrative enforcement and custom protection of IP rights, patent analysis, FTO opinions. Notably, many of the cases handled by this team have been recognised as “Typical IP Cases” by the courts and other authorities.
