is a senior partner in the Shanghai office who acquired extensive experience in shipping practices in the more than ten years he spent working for a shipping company before joining the firm. He has practised law for nearly 15 years and routinely handles matters concerning bills of lading, charterparties, property/liability/credit insurance, maritime engineering, admiralty and dispute resolution. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Maritime & Admiralty Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, and has an LLM degree in maritime law from Southampton University.
