About Ed Dunphy

Ed Dunphy is a partner at Anthony Harper and is one of New Zealand’s leading construction lawyers. Practising since 2002, Ed acts for some of the largest construction companies in New Zealand, advising on construction projects including shopping centre developments, office and industrial building developments, road and rail projects, power station developments and brewery developments. He has worked with both New Zealand standard form contracts and international form contracts, including NEC and FIDIC contracts. Increasingly Ed advises clients not just on contract negotiations but on the strategy to take during a project to assist with the successful delivery of the project or to mitigate risk.
