About Jessica Hanning

Jessica Hanning is a litigation partner at Anthony Harper who specialises in advising on complex construction contract disputes relating to defective work, delays and payment issues. She has advised national construction companies on disputes relating to leaky apartment buildings, the Ministry of Education in respect of defective school buildings, homeowners with earthquake-damaged properties, property developers on subdivision development, and a subcontractor on an irrigation pipeline dispute. Jessica has also acted for the liquidators in an application to determine status of funds and appointment of receiver over retention funds. Her industry memberships include the Society of Construction Law and NAWIC.
