About Sarah Anderson

Sarah Anderson is a special counsel at Anthony Harper and a specialist construction lawyer who uses her incisive understanding of the law to generate solutions, anticipate risk and respond to problems on projects. Practising since 2014, Sarah has hands-on experience with public–private partnership projects (spending months as the on-site adviser to the Pūhoi to Warkworth design-build joint venture), hotel and mixed-use developments, commercial factories, warehouses, and residential construction. In 2023 Sarah was appointed as a National Councillor on the Governance Board for the National Association of Women in Construction.
