About Max Morgan

Max Morgan is a partner at JJR. He specialises in maritime transportation, with experience in collisions, spillages, cargo claims, arrest of vessels, maritime insurance and related conflict resolution. He is also experienced in non-marine insurance and reinsurance, as well as in commercial, maritime and insurance litigation. He is the leader of the transportation and insurance litigation department at the firm. He has advised and defended several companies, P&I clubs, underwriters and reinsurers in notable cases in recent years, both in arbitrations and before ordinary courts.
