About Ricardo Rozas

Ricardo Rozas is a partner at JJR and leads its insurance, reinsurance and transport practice group. He has vast experience in all aspect of shipping and logistics, including bills of lading, charterparties, cargo claims, admiralty law, pollution, personal injury, arrest of vessels, international trade and related conflict resolution. He was the first Latin-American Chair of the Maritime and Land Transport Committee of the International Bar Association (2015–2016), and currently serves as an advisory board member. He is a regular speaker at conferences around the world and the author of several publications.
