About Dimitris Spyridakis

Dimitris Spyridakis joined Machas & Partners in 2023. He possesses very extensive experience in complex real estate transactions. He has advised sellers and purchasers of all sorts of real estate, involving direct disposals and structured disposals of corporate entities through complex equity participations and external credit. He has also been involved in large securitisation transactions. A team leader responsible for cadastral registrations, he has encountered a wide variety of real estate-related issues and, thereafter, advised external credit and equity financiers in deal structuring and risk mitigation. Dimitris holds a degree in law and an LLM in banking and finance law, and he has been admitted to practice before the Courts of Appeal.
