About Eirini Tsalapati

Eirini Tsalapati is an associate at Machas & Partners and focuses on administrative and public procurement law as well as PPPs. In her role as legal counsel, she provides comprehensive legal support to the contracting authorities in all aspects of tender preparation, while also advising domestic and international private entities on tender submissions. She is also experienced in drafting preliminary appeals and interventions addressed to the Authority for the Examination of Preliminary Appeals, as well as in drafting applications for annulments and interventions before the administrative courts of the country. Eirini has a right of audience before the Court of Appeal and is a member of the Athens Bar Association.
