About Maria Antoniadou

Maria Antoniadou is the managing partner of Machas & Partners and is head of the dispute resolution and employment law practices of the firm. Maria has extensive experience in litigation and has successfully represented notable corporate and private clients before Greek courts and arbitral tribunals in high-profile civil, commercial and tort law disputes, complex family law disputes (including asset separation and child custody), employment disputes and enforcement proceedings, with particular focus on major commercial leases. She has developed deep expertise over the years, advising clients on business restructurings, with a focus on collective agreements, internal labour regulations and employment contract renegotiations.
