About Sonia Saranti

Sonia Saranti is a partner at Machas & Partners and leads their Banking & Finance practice. As an in-house and external counsel, Sonia has a special focus on banking, finance, credit management and corporate transactions. She has led teams on the lending and borrowing side, as well as on the origination and sell side of some of the largest and most significant market transactions in these last transformational years for the Greek market. Sonia holds a degree in law, an LLM in transactional and energy law, and an MSc in law and finance (finance major). She is currently pursuing her MBA at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
