About Ish Omar

Ish Omar is a partner in Webb Henderson’s TMT practice and works at the intersection of law and digital transformation. He assists leading telecoms operators to structure, purchase and supply digital infrastructure access services. He is a lead external adviser to NBN Co and Spark NZ, assisting on their key projects for over a decade. Ish has also advised on regulatory, commercial and corporate projects for telecoms operators, digital infrastructure investors and regulators across South-East Asia, the Middle East and North America, assisting with digital transformation, industry shifts and regulatory reform in a variety of economies.
