About Jordan Cox

Jordan Cox is a specialist TMT partner at Webb Henderson. His expertise spans a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters, including the development and supply of wholesale next generation access networks; digital infrastructure; and the design, operation and reform of telecommunications regulatory frameworks. He advises TMT clients and others in these areas across New Zealand, Australia, Asia and the Pacific Islands. Jordan also advises regularly on competition law matters, and works closely with Webb Henderson’s corporate and finance group to advise on New Zealand competition law aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
