João Gonçalo Galvão is a partner at CS’Associados and heads up the real estate practice. He also has experience in M&A and private equity practice. With more than 15 years’ experience, João is a transactional lawyer who provides advice on domestic and cross-border real estate M&A deals and other real estate matters to corporate clients, investment funds and real estate developers and investors. He also advises on sales and leasebacks, complex lease and property use arrangements, and development/construction agreements.
