Joana Avelino Gomes is a senior associate at CS’Associados in the criminal, administrative offences and compliance practice. She has worked mainly on compliance matters, namely the implementation of compliance programs, and advised national clients in judicial litigation and in administrative offence proceedings initiated by public authorities. Joana has also assisted in internal investigations carried out by the criminal, administrative offences and compliance practice area in different sectors, and in the drafting of legal opinions on different matters.
