About João Gonçalo Galvão

João Gonçalo Galvão is a partner and heads the real estate practice at CS’Associados, and also has experience in the M&A and private equity practices. With more than 15 years of experience, he is a transactional lawyer who provides advice on domestic and cross-border real estate M&A transactions and other real estate matters to corporate clients, investment funds and real estate developers and investors. João also advises on sale and leasebacks, complex lease and property use arrangements, and development/construction agreements. João has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2005.
