About Dahlia Zamel

Dahlia Zamel is a partner working in the Cairo and Iraq offices of AMERELLER. After working with the legal department of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Cairo and Istanbul, Dahlia shifted her focus to Iraq, where she spent several years advising foreign investors on all aspects of doing business in the country. Her primary areas of practice include banking and finance, M&A, oil and gas, and infrastructure. She also regularly advises clients on day-to-day matters, including corporate and commercial law, labour, and tax. Dahlia’s current practice spans Iraq, including the Kurdistan Region, as well as Egypt.
