About Alexandros Mezari

Alexandros Mezari was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2017 and is a senior associate at Anagnostopoulos. He received his education at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2014) and the Humboldt University of Berlin (LLM in 2015; Dr Jur in 2021). His dissertation on the criminal liability of board members with supervisory powers was awarded the Humboldt Prize of the Humboldt University (2022). Alexandros specialises in white-collar crime, fraud, corporate criminal liability, European criminal law, extradition and mutual assistance. He is a member of the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, Alexandros worked at a leading law firm in Germany.
