About Ilias Anagnostopoulos

Ilias Anagnostopoulos is the managing partner of Anagnostopoulos. He has appeared as lead counsel in prominent criminal cases in Greece over the past 35 years and has extensive experience in all types of business crime, fraud, insider dealing and market abuse, medical malpractice, product liability, environmental liability, money laundering, corrupt practices, anti-competitive practices and cartel offences, corporate criminal liability, anti-terrorism, breach of sanctions, European criminal law, extradition, mutual assistance and alternatives. Ilias chairs the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association and is a member of the High-Legal Council with the Bank of Greece, the European Criminal Bar Association (founder member) and the International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators.
