About Padelis V. Bratis

Padelis V. Bratis born in Athens, Greece (1995), was admitted to the Bar in 2020 (Athens). He received his education from the Democritus University of Thrace, School of Law (JD, 2017) and completed his postgraduate studies in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, School of Law (LLM, 2019). Padelis specialises in business crime, fraud, corporate criminal liability, competition and market abuse offences, anti-money laundering and anti-corruption, extradition and mutual assistance, and European and international criminal law.
