About Gustavo Pardo Ardila

Gustavo Pardo Ardila is a partner at Holland & Knight. He qualified as an attorney (JD) from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, and has more than 33 years of experience in tax and legal advisory, including the study of the Executive Program from Kellogg University. He worked for KPMG, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, for 21 years. He was the tax managing partner of Ernst & Young Colombia until 30 June 2012. He is a board member of the Colombian Institute of Tax Law. Gustavo is the Director of the Tax Planning Program and Co-Director of the Judicial Observatory of Tax Jurisprudence, both with the Colombian Institute. He is also a member of the International Fiscal Association.
