About Corliss Kidaha

Corliss Kidaha is a corporate and commercial law associate. She has experience in providing advice to multinational corporations, telecommunications companies, energy projects and financial institutions on a variety of domestic and international transactions. She has also supported transactions by drafting client-focused agreements, undertaking legal due diligence, and developing concrete legal advice on corporate and regulatory compliance matters. Corliss holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Southampton and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. She is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a member of Tanganyika Law Society.
